Xaviour awarded Champion Adult Male
At the NSW Southern Region Annual Alpaca Show (July 2005), EP Cambridge Xaviour, sired by Peruvian Spartacas, was awarded the blue ribbon in his class of 13 animals. The judge, Allan Jinks, said that once he opened Xaviour's fleece, he was taken aback by its fineness, lustre and evenness of crimp definition. He suggested to the audience that they take a look at his fleece.
Xaviour then went on to receive the Champion Adult Male ribbon, although competing with other animals which had won Supreme Championships at large shows
We purchased Xaviour from EP Cambridge in August 2004, after an extensive search which took us to Tasmania, Victoria, Adelaide and Perth. Our mission was to find a male which would introduce elete genetics into our herd of predominantly white and fawn animals. We are now confident that we made the right choice.
